1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, learning materials, and services provided by 3DCP Academy Ltd ("3DCP Academy", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the Certificate in Applied Innovation and Management: 3DCP for Housing (the "Programme").

By accessing our website, applying to, or enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Enrolment

The Programme is intended for adult learners and professionals. Enrolment is subject to meeting stated prerequisites, which include an introduction to finance, accounting, valuation, or financial analysis, with Excel proficiency recommended.

We reserve the right to review applications and to accept or decline enrolment at our discretion, and to verify prerequisite qualifications where necessary.

3. Fees and Payment

Programme fees, payment schedules, and any applicable discounts are set out during the application process. Fees must be paid in full, or in accordance with any agreed instalment plan, before access to course materials is granted unless otherwise stated.

All fees are processed through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, or transaction fees applied by your payment provider.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the start of your cohort and the amount of course content accessed. Requests should be submitted in writing to the contact address below. Where a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Access and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Programme materials for your own learning during the period of your enrolment.

You agree not to misuse the services, including by engaging in the activities listed below.

  • Sharing your account credentials or granting access to unauthorised persons.
  • Copying, redistributing, reselling, or publicly posting course materials without written permission.
  • Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or platform.
  • Submitting work that is not your own or otherwise engaging in academic dishonesty.
  • Using the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, readings, spreadsheets, templates, graphics, and the 3DCP Academy name and logo, is owned by or licensed to 3DCP Academy Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited access licence described in these Terms.

7. Certificates

Upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Certificates confirm participation and completion of the Programme; they do not constitute a professional licence, accreditation, or guarantee of employment or financial outcomes.
