Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the start of your cohort and the amount of course content accessed. Requests should be submitted in writing to the contact address below. Where a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Access and Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Programme materials for your own learning during the period of your enrolment.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by engaging in the activities listed below.
- Sharing your account credentials or granting access to unauthorised persons.
- Copying, redistributing, reselling, or publicly posting course materials without written permission.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or platform.
- Submitting work that is not your own or otherwise engaging in academic dishonesty.
- Using the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, readings, spreadsheets, templates, graphics, and the 3DCP Academy name and logo, is owned by or licensed to 3DCP Academy Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited access licence described in these Terms.
7. Certificates
Upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Certificates confirm participation and completion of the Programme; they do not constitute a professional licence, accreditation, or guarantee of employment or financial outcomes.

Our website and materials may reference or link to third-party platforms, including our learning management provider and partner institutions. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
